As well as offering PRINCE2, MSP, M_o_R, P3O and ITIL exam courses as standard, AFA has developed in-house and tailored courses ranging from a two-hour executive briefing through to split MSP Practitioner course delivered over a couple of months.

AFA offers a complete service for organisations that wish to have Best Practice training, but also want to reflect their organisational restraints and procedures. We can incorporate case studies, in-house processes and documentation, as well as tailoring to suit other methodologies.
