Senior Management
AFA offer a range of workshops designed for directors and senior managers. The workshops explore topics such as:
- The introduction into an organisation of structured project and programme methods
- The executive roles within project and programme management
- Expectations of staff behaviour within a structured environment
In order to accommodate the demands on senior managers' time these events can be scheduled to last as little as two hours and can be delivered during a working lunch or breakfast if required.
The presentations may cover a single methodology or a mix of methods. They can focus on the details of the methods or on issues around implementation. Alternatively a workshop style approach can be taken, leaving the client organisation with an action plan.
