AFA uses a combination of employed and associate consultants and trainers. Considerable effort is put into ensuring that any consultant or trainer undertaking an AFA assignment is fully qualified to do so and has been briefed on the culture of the client organisation.

Alan Ferguson is AFA's Lead Trainer and Consultant. He has gained the prestigious registered consultant recognition in Programme & Project Management, MSP and PRINCE2. Alan delivers consultancy around the world and his book 'Tailoring PRINCE2' has sold thousands of copies.

Mary Andrew is AFA's senior M_o_R specialist. As a qualified Internal Auditor she was involved in a number of extensive operational audits in the Civil Service and BT. She is a highly experienced risk and project manager and is also one of AFA's most successful trainers.

John Vivian has spent over 30 years in engineering and technical project management with extensive experience in managing the development, introduction and implementation of new technology.

Ian Rosser is one of AFA's leading PRINCE2 Trainers with over 30 years experience in ICT, consultancy and project management, Ian has gained his experience both the public and private sectors.

Andy Taylor has a consultancy career of over 15 years both "doing the job" for real and helping others through training, mentoring and coaching. He specialises in project/programme management and information security.

Nico Viergever is an accredited PRINCE2 and MSP trainer based in the Netherlands. He has a vast amount of experience in project and programme management consultancy and provides his expertise to AFA clients throughout Europe, as well as the UK.

Paul de Havilland is accredited to deliver, PRINCE2, M_o_R and APM courses. He has previously developed and delivered public and customised courses for Microsoft Office applications and comes from a background including work with electronics, systems and software.

Bill Shuttle is a programme and project manager who has supported a range of private and public sector clients through consultancy, mentoring, training and 'hands on' management of their change initiatives. He is a registered practitioner and trainer for PRINCE2 and MSP.

Alan Dismore has been involved with project management for over 25 years. He has managed IT and engineering projects and previously enjoyed a period as a commercial pilot and flying instructor. He now uses his experience and enthusiasm to train PRINCE2 and P3O courses.

Frances Murray is an experienced PRINCE2 and MSP Trainer, Project Management/Service Management/Business Change Consultant and Portfolio/Project Manager. Frances has delivered PRINCE2 and MSP training to a number of organisations, and has led and managed process, culture and IT change within a range of industry sectors.

Graham Shreeve spent nearly 20 years with the Sedgwick Group specialising in complex financial transfer. Graham rapidly established himself as a sought after trainer and continues to provide expertise to a range of clients through training & consultancy activities in the area of portfolio, programme & project management.

David Griffiths is an experienced corporate project manager and accredited trainer for Best Practise qualifications: PRINCE2, M_o_R, P3O & MoV. He has extensive experience with multi-cultural audiences and delivers training for AFA in both the UK and other countries, including the Change Management and APM qualification courses.

Gary McGaffney progressed to project management from a background in accountancy. Gary's current activities include delivery of accredited training courses in risk (M_o_R) and project (including PRINCE2) management as well as in portfolio, programme & projects offices (P3O).

Denis Housden has had many years experience working within the public sector. Denis is one of AFA's leading Change Management trainers and is a keen sportsman.

Lyle George is a highly capable consultant with many years’ experience of Business Change Management. Lyle started in the financial services industry and brings that knowledge into the PRINCE2 courses that he delivers.

Tony Hawkins has many years experience as a consultant in the IT, aerospace and defence industries, in Programme Management, Project Management, Quality Management and Flight Test Engineering.

David Crawford is a very diverse trainer, who has been working in the industry for over 20 years. David has extensive experience of designing, delivering and managing project management training solutions in both the public and private sectors.

Charles Fraser is a highly experienced and qualified ITIL / ISO 20k IT Service Management Professional, with over 20 years of senior management consultancy and training experience. Charles is AFA's leading ITIL trainer.
