AFA Tailored Training
As well as offering standard exam courses, AFA has developed in-house and tailored courses ranging from a two-hour executive briefing through to extended MSP Advanced Practitioner courses delivered over a couple of months.
AFA offers a complete service for organisations that wish to have Best Practice training, but also want to reflect their organisational constraints and procedures. Training events can be developed that:
- Cover the exam syllabus but do not include exam preparation
- Include extended case studies to reinforce and consolidate theoretical learning
- Include clients standards and procedures
- Are divided into several short blocks of learning so that delegates are not away from their regular responsibilities for a whole week
AFA has over 10 years experience in delivering accredited training and consultancy. We store all of our training material in a specifically designed configuration management system that supports development of tailored courses, thus keeping client cost to a minimum.
