AFA’s breadth and depth of experience of both training delivery and consultancy assignments has been brought together into a series of short courses aimed at executives and senior managers. These MasterClasses are suitable for delegates who are open to exploring new ideas with the intention of improving business performance. We will not be able to provide easy, formulaic solutions but we will be able to increase your understanding of your organisation’s current situation. This should then lead, with expert facilitation, to development of an improvement strategy that suits the existing culture and business imperatives.

The short (1- or 2-day) courses are designed to provide busy managers with the tools they need to make their businesses more effective without taking them out of the office for a full week.
