Affiliates & Licensees

Over the last 10 years, AFA has built up considerable experience of working in partnership with other training organisations in the UK, across Europe and in several other countries around the globe. These relationships are managed by a dedicated partnership team and cover delivery of a wide range of management training.

AFA holds the IPR of mature, accredited courseware for PRINCE2, MSP, M_o_R and P3O, and is always happy to work with other companies to extend the use of this material. All AFA courseware is accessible electronically via the AFA Portal and is easily tailored & re-branded. Full printing & delivery instructions supporting each course are also provided.

Many different relationship models between AFA and partner organisations have proved successful over the years, although the two main categories can be summarised as follows:

• The partner organisation becomes a formal affiliate of AFA’s, recognised by APMG, for one or more of the Best Practice methods
• The partner organisation becomes an accredited training organisation (ATO) in their own right for one or more of the Best Practice methods using the AFA courseware under license

In both cases, AFA is able to offer the following additional services to partners:

• Re-branding and/or printing of delegate courseware
• The services of approved Best Practice trainers
• Development of approved trainers
• Exam administration & purchase of official publications at reduced prices for affiliates
• Advice on development of QMS for use by ATOs
• Accredited training & consultancy services in portfolio, programme, project & risk management
