Updated Programme Management Guidance MSP:2011
The new MSP guidance will be released this summer, with AFA offering the latest training from the 5th September 2011.
The Stationery Office has announced that the latest version of the MSP programme management guidance will be available from 30 August 2011. From the same date APMG will be providing exams based on the updated guidance. All public scheduled MSP training delivered by AFA from 5 September onwards will be based on this revised guidance. The new MSP manual contains three completely re-written chapters entitled:
- Benefits Management
- Quality & Assurance Management
- Risk & Issue Management
In addition there are significant improvements throughout the remainder of the text. AFA will still be offering the full range of course options:
- One-day Overview
- 3-day Foundation course
- 4- or 5-day Foundation & Practitioner courses
- A range of Conversion courses from Foundation to Practitioner to Advanced Practitioner
For client courses we can, on request, continue to deliver training based on earlier guidance whilst APMG is still able to provide the matching exams. If you have any queries about these changes, or wish to discuss your specific requirements, please call Stuart Flatt on 01362 655420 or contact him by email at Stuart.Flatt@AFAprojects.com
