AFA is delighted to have been awarded a contract to deliver corporate programme & project management training for Fife Council for at least the next two years. The requirement includes accredited training in PRINCE2 project management, MSP programme management and P3O support office management.

AFA is looking forward to working closely with Council officers to ensure that maximum benefit is gained from the training. Tailored courseware will be developed aligned with the Council’s culture and reflecting current corporate standards & procedures.

It is envisaged that courses will be scheduled from June onwards offering the appropriate Council staff the opportunity to gain internationally recognised qualifications at a reasonable cost. AFA’s blended approach to course delivery will help to make the training as accessible as possible to as many delegates as possible.
