Free P3O (Portfolio, Programme and Project Office) Workshop
AFA will be running a free P3O (Portfolio, Programme and Project Office) Workshop on Friday 9 January 2009 in Ipswich, Suffolk.
Following the recent publication of the OGC guidance for Portfolio, Programme and Project office (P3O) AFA, in conjunction with the Best Practice User Group will be running a free workshop to help delegates gain a basic overview of the methodology, and to include discussion around the different models of implementation.
The workshop will be held in Ipswich, Suffolk on Friday 9 January and is free to attend. An outline of the day is provided below;
