AFA will be delivering P3O courses in Europe this winter.

AFA is delighted to announce that we will be delivering Portfolio, Programme & Project Support Offices (P3O) training at two locations outside the UK in the very near future. The following events are now open for bookings:

• P3O Foundation in Warsaw, Poland - 28-30 October
• P3O Foundation in Cologne, Germany - 18-20 November

We hope & expect that these two events will be the first of many. This interest has spread rapidly and AFA has already been approached to provide the training in at least five other countries in Europe. The courses will cover the following topics:

• Business Case & Performance Measures
• P3O Models
• P3O Lifecycle
• Function & Services
• Tools & Techniques
• Roles & Responsibilities

Full preparation will also be given for the optional Foundation exam which can be taken on the final day of the course.
