AFA uses a combination of employed and associate consultants and trainers. Considerable effort is put into ensuring that any consultant or trainer undertaking an AFA assignment is fully qualified to do so and has been briefed on the culture of the client organisation. Alan Ferguson Alan Ferguson is AFA's Lead Trainer and Consultant. He has gained the prestigious registered consultant recognition in Programme & Project Management, MSP and PRINCE2. Alan delivers consultancy around the world and his book 'Tailoring PRINCE2' has sold thousands of copies. Mary Andrew is AFA's senior M_o_R specialist. As a qualified Internal Auditor she was involved in a number of extensive operational audits in the Civil Service and BT. She is a highly experienced risk and project manager and is also one of AFA's most successful trainers. John Vivian has spent over 30 years in engineering and technical project management with extensive experience in managing the development, introduction and implementation of new technology. Ian Rosser is one of AFA's leading PRINCE2 Trainers with over 30 years experience in ICT, consultancy and project management, Ian has gained his experience both the public and private sectors. Andy Taylor has a consultancy career of over 15 years both "doing the job" for real and helping others through training, mentoring and coaching. He specialises in project/programme management and information security. Nico Viergever is an accredited PRINCE2 and MSP trainer based in the Netherlands. He has a vast amount of experience in project and programme management consultancy and provides his expertise to AFA clients throughout Europe, as well as the UK. Philip Palmer, a Bank Manager with additional project/programme and operations management roles, mainly HR. Phil delivers PRINCE2, APM and management development training. Bill Shuttle is a programme and project manager who has supported a range of private and public sector clients through consultancy, mentoring, training and 'hands on' management of their change initiatives. He is a registered practitioner and trainer for PRINCE2 and MSP. Alan Dismore has been involved with project management for over 25 years. He has managed IT and engineering projects and previously enjoyed a period as a commercial pilot and flying instructor. He now uses his experience and enthusiasm to train PRINCE2 project managers. |
