The AFA Approach


AFA has over a decade of experience of Office of Government Commerce's (OGC) Best Practice methodologies. We were very early adopters of PRINCE2™ project management, MSP™ programme managment and M_o_R® risk management.


AFA remains at the forefront of the Best Practice community; our consultants contribute through a range of activities - writing books such as 'Tailoring PRINCE2™', contributing to all major updates of the manuals and sitting on review and exam panels.


AFA's UK Head Office is in Norfolk with public training courses delivered at commercial training venues throughout the UK and Europe. AFA also provides consultancy and training on-site for clients around the world.
